If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days, please email spicyhaircare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for refund.
Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship each order immediately and have them in your homes and salons as soon as possible. Products are shipped within 1-3 business days of each order.
COVID-19: At the moment, USPS is the shipping service delivering Haus of Spicy products. Due to unforeseen circumstances with COVID-19, it is possible that you can encounter a 1-2 day delay in shipping. Please make sure you track your package once a tracking number is provided.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Please ensure that your shipping address is a location that you will have access to. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped.
